General Terms & Conditions

Our terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements and deliveries of NUVO NICHE online. Please read them carefully while they hold important information for you as a consumer.


We accept iDEAL and Paypal. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order.


All prices shown on the website are in Euros (€), all payments are charged in Euros (€).


All iDEAL debit card transactions on this site are processed using Buckaroo a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. After a transaction, your private information (bank/account info, address etc.) will not be stored in our servers. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.


Domestic shipping / Once we have received your payment, the order will be shipped within 24 hours excluding weekends and holiday. All orders are sent with TNT tracking.
International shipping / Ones we have received your payment, the order will be shipped within 48 hours excluding weekends and holiday. The tracking number will be provided to you once the order has shipped. For non EU orders, customs and duty fees are not included. We do not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival.
Orders placed on Friday after 17:00 will be processed on Monday.

Orders from 100,00 Euros and above are free of shipping charges.


NUVO NICHE is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages or lost items done by any of the services we provide. All packages shipped out with additional insurance are insured up to 500,00 Euros goods value. If any damage occurs during shipping we advise you to contact us. We will contact the shipping company. We do our best to take care of the issue to find a solution.


You may cancel or make changes to your order as long as the order has not been shipped. Please contact up as soon as possible by phone or email.


Merchandise must be returned to our returns department within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with all tags/stickers attached. Garments that are returned with signs of being worn or delivered to our returns department after 14 days* will not be accepted. Pinned earrings and panties, sales items, and those purchased with a promotional code are final sale. All gold-plated jewelry has a warranty regarding decoloration for a 6 month period.
